Missing Items Procedure

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Personalised items cannot be returned.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or not as described — in which case Sooliv covers the return shipping cost.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item and are issued to the original payment method.

Restocking Fee

  • Sooliv does not charge a restocking fee for any returns.
