At Sooliv™, we stand behind the quality and comfort of our insoles. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • You must contact us at contact@sooliv.com to receive return instructions before sending anything back

 A refund is only issued after the item has been returned to us and inspected.

Eligibility

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The item has not been used and is in its original packaging.
  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery.

Process

  2. We will provide instructions for returning the item to the supplier.
  3. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
